0kkbd ("we", "platform" or "site") provides online casino, slot games and cricket betting services in Bangladesh. Each person may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

It is your responsibility to keep your name, date of birth, address, mobile number and payment method details up to date and accurate at all times. 0kkbd will not be responsible for any withdrawal delays or rejections caused by incorrect information.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can currently be deposited on the 0kkbd platform via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and that method must belong to you.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a significant withdrawal, 0kkbd reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. This verification process is for the protection of both you and us.

3.4 Technical Errors

0kkbd reserves the right to recover at any time any funds that were incorrectly credited due to a technical error. Any bets placed using such erroneous balances will be considered void.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 0kkbd you will receive a 120% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus. To receive this bonus, it must be your first deposit, and the bonus will be added to your account automatically.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total bonus value before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. No withdrawal from bonus funds can be made before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• There may be a specific time limit to claim a bonus — see the promotions page for details.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games as specified in the promotion description.
• 0kkbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

The 0kkbd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback per week. Silver members receive up to 0.5% cashback per week. Gold members enjoy up to 0.8% cashback per week. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid when it has been fully registered in the platform's system and accepted before the relevant event or game begins. Once a bet is confirmed, it is generally not possible to change or cancel it.

5.2 Technical Failure

If a game or betting session is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, device crash or other technical issues, 0kkbd will resolve the situation according to the server logs. The server records will be considered final.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Detailed betting rules for all cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments will be provided on the event-specific pages. If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be reviewed in accordance with the betting rules.

5.4 Finality of Game Results

The results of all slots and casino games controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. We use certified game software to ensure fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0kkbd platform:

• Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent of abusing bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or security systems.
• Using any bot, script or automated software to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent coordination or collusion with other users.

9.1 Suspension by 0kkbd

0kkbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide information required for verification.
• Direction from law enforcement agencies.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time via our live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for a defined period of time, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts.

Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount you have deposited during the relevant period.
